CONSTANTINE TECHNOLOGIES, LLC (CTL) is a privately-held technology company, headquartered in Salt Lake City, Utah, founded in 2000 by Dean Constantine. CTL provides consulting services, research, and development activities, manufacturing operations, and acquisition opportunities.

With over 45 years of combined industry experience, CTL carries the necessary resources to support development, testing, and integration of leading-edge technology systems for government, medical, and commercial markets.

Dean has over 40 years of business management, engineering, and new product design experience. Presently Dean is President of Constantine Technologies, LLC (CTL). CTL is a privately held, high technology small business that provides consulting services, engages in research, development and manufacturing activities. CTL also pursues selected business development and acquisition opportunities. Dean is the co-founder and previous CEO/President and Board Chairman of ZEVEX International Incorporated (serving from 1987 to 2000). ZEVEX was a $30M publicly-traded medical device company which has since been acquired by MOOG Industries. From 1971 to 1983 Mr. Constantine was an Acoustics Engineer with EDO Corporation, designing ultrasonic and acoustic sonar products. From 1983 to 1985 he was an Engineering Specialist doing similar work for Northrop Aerospace, after which he returned to EDO Corporation to assist with new business development. In 1987 Dean left EDO to found ZEVEX. He has extensive experience serving on several boards, both for-profit and non-profit organizations. The non-profit community service boards are: Columbus Community Foundation for the Disabled (President, Board of Trustees), Ronald McDonald House Charities (Board of Trustees), The Knights of Hospitaller (Knight of Honor), and United States Chess Academy (Board of Trustees), all of which are on a volunteer basis. Mr. Constantine’s experiences with for-profit business organizations (primarily high technology and manufacturing companies) are: ZEVEX International (served as Chairman of the Board of Directors), QSI Corporation (Board of Directors), and LithoFlexoGraphics Incorporated (Board of Directors). Dean has received business awards such as Entrepreneur of the Year (Finalist two years running), and the Blue Chip Business Award. Dean holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Phoenix and an Associate of Science degree in Electronics Technologies from Utah Technical College.

Mike is an electrical engineer (M.S. EE, 2013, University of Utah) by training but has a broad experience in ultrasonics and acoustics, modelling, application software, embedded systems, and web development. His master’s research focused on developing a therapeutic ultrasound treatment for the prevention of hyperplastic cell growth in vascular grafts and stents. Prior to working at Constantine Technologies, Mike was a software developer at Rocky Mountain Power.

Since Chris received his BS in Business Management (2004, Westminster College, Utah), he has strung together a fine blend of growing-business management and MacGyver-technics. Dwyer’s Communications, a public-safety-equipment seller and installer, leveraged his handiwork and business know-how from its inception as an installer-tech-turned-operations-manager. Later, at L3 Communications, Chris controlled purchase requisitions (up to $10M weekly) for procurement of multi-million dollar government Department of Defense contracts. At CTL, Chris brings practical problem-solving capabilities to organizational operations management as he improves efficiency on a daily basis.
